I think it’s funny how no matter what planet the Doctor is on, everyone has an English accent.

On Earth? English accent.

On Raxacoricofallapatorius? English accent.

Clom? English accent.

And then there’s Jack.

TARDIS translation matrix…just saying, it probability calibrated for Earth, England 1963 and knowing the Doctor it got stuck and he hasn’t bothered to fix it. 

It doesn’t work on Jack because he’s speaking American English thus no need to translate thus american accent.
