Can you please explain what exactly pansexual is?

Basically: 

I’m not attracted to people based on their gender, genitals, or whatever. For lack of a better term “gender-blind” I guess. Essentially bisexual, but pansexual also encompasses all gender identities. If that answers your question. I apologise, Anon I’m terrible at explaining things ;-;
