BREAKING: Federal judge strikes down Texas ban on same-sex marriage

AUSTIN, Texas — A federal judge has struck down Texas’ ban on gay marriage, but is leaving it in place pending a ruling by an appeals court later this year.

While Arizona decides to be bigoted assholes, Texas takes a step in the right direction.

Wow, Texas, I didn’t see that coming. Hopefully it stands in appeals court.
