Victorian Lady Mycroft – Ellicott City Photoshoot 2014

I worked so hard on this cosplay for 221B con, an 1870’s natural form Victorian redesign of Mycroft Holmes’ suit from the Christmas scene of His Last Vow, and I was so happy to wear it again this weekend at the EC photoshoot! The location was AMAZING – an old finishing school surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees! Absolutely perfect for this outfit!! 

Naturally I needed a dainty parasol to be Victorian Mycroft, and my corset is made of cupcake fabric. I doubt Mycroft would ever be indecent enough to run around outside in underwear (the scandal!), but the tree blossoms were too beautiful to ignore! The book I’m carrying around is an actual antique 1887 illustrated anthology of Victor Hugo’s plays. Ken is such a skilled photographer, and a huge Sherlock fan, he matched the location to each ensemble flawlessly in these pictures! Can’t wait to post more!!
