Try again? [Yes] [No]
Sebastian had been having them again- Those nightmares. Sometimes he woke up sweating, got a glass of water, and fell asleep just fine after that. Sometimes he woke up shaking, gripping for Jim’s arm, or something- anything– to ground him to reality.
It was always the same nightmare, over and over again. Sebastian’s best friend from the army laying beside him, brain blown out, eyes rolled in the back of his head, and mouth hanging open in a sick, twisted smile that looked like a plea for help.
But this time?
When Sebastian woke, he was crying, his whole body trembling like a leaf. Immediately he pushed up and out of bed away from Jim, furiously wiping at the wetness on his face, willing himself to stop crying.
You’re being a child, Moran
Standing with his back faced to Jim, who was now sitting up in bed fairly worried about his prized sniper, Sebastian went over every scar that was in his sight range, remembering every story behind each and every one as he did so.
“Sebastian? Are you alright?"
No response came in the dark room. Only silence.
"Tiger.. c’mere."
Turning hesitantly as if Jim’s words had been a command, Sebastian slowly lowered his large body beside Jim’s, leaning into the small arms that wrapped around him- The gentle hands in his hair, the calming voice that was cooing calming things to him, the feel of Jim beside him.

"It wasn’t him this time that I saw… It was… you, Jim.”
