Could you kinda explain a bit more in detail as to how Ustream works? I’m not too sure how to get it started. I just really want to be able to watch movies with friends whenever i want. sorry to bother!

No worries! I actually use Livestream and while there are other options, I use Procaster. It is a it a resource hog, so depending on your system you might want to use something else, but it’s good enough for me. If you need help setting up, you can always ask.
