Cotes de Porc Sauce Nenette [Pork Chops with Mustard, Cream, and Tomato Sauce]
Soupe A L’oignon [Onion Soup]
Quiche A La Tomate, Nicoise [Fresh Tomato Quiche with Anchovies and Olives ] (except I left the olives out ‘cause I don’t like them and used canned tomatoes)
The soup and quiche are gonna be food for the week for work. I’m chowing down on a pork chop right now
