Part of me is hoping that we’ll get some Torchwood Team cameos in the finale of DW series 8 because it seems like people who are directly or indirectly killed by the Doctor end up in “The Promised Land”. Torchwood existed because of the Doctor so that fits the indirectly bit. However, the other part of me knows the likelihood of any of this being relevant is about as likely as the DW fandom war ending. AKA: not likely at all.
