#imagine coming back from afghanistan#meeting an amazing detective then watching him kill himself#grieving for the longest time#finally opening yourself up and proposing to a woman you love#then having your dead best friend come back#forgiving him…#and for a little moment everything seems all right in the world#then suddenly you’re facing a messy death by bomb in a train with your best friend#and you know you’re both going to die#and your fiancee doesn’t even know what’s happening#and there just nothing you can do#ironic that#surviving afghanistan#only to be blown up in london
