The Black Widow is Russian.

Can you imagine when they’re on a mission and something goes wrong; the police are about to arrest them and they fall back on Plan H.

A cop demands “What are you doing here?!” Clint and Nat share a look before Hawkeye stares at the cop with wide innocent eyes and very slowly signs I’m deaf. Nat sympathetically pats his arm while murmuring things like bagel in Russian(Just because she can). The cop takes a couple steps back and starts apologizing.
