I love fluff. I love smut. I’m a die-hard Destiel fan, but after reading a few brilliant fan fics, I’m partial to Castiel/Captain Jack Harkness. I love reading SuperWho where Dean gets whisked away from the pain and heartache and gets to be a kid again with the Tenth Doctor, or team free-will meets the Ponds and the Eleventh Doctor. I love disappearing into a different world, mashing universes together. I write mostly fluff with just a little smut rolled in because why not? I love fan fiction, and I appreciate all the writers and readers.
To those who write – keep writing; you never know when you’ll make someone’s day that much better by reading something that makes them smile and forget their world. To those who read – be gentle to us if you don’t like our writing; and if you did enjoy your writing, please let us know. It can be lonely putting out your work and getting nothing in return, you’ll never know how much a simple smiley face and ‘good work’ will help us.
Keep on going Fandoms. And don’t forget, we are all amazing…because we are the ones who keep the torch lit, the love strong, and the characters alive even when the stories are over.
