Let’s Write Sherlock Challenge 22: What They Saw! This is another challenge suggested by a follower and it entails writing from the perspective of an inanimate object in the show. What have they seen? What do they know about the characters that other people might not know?
Need some ideas?
1.) Billy the Skull recounts the first time Sherlock took him to a crime scene and how things are different now that John is around.
2.) Mycroft’s umbrella knows just as many secrets as its owner does.
3.) “I used to be very much animate, thank you very much, but now I am a brain in a bowl and this woman is flirting with a detective. Have a little respect for the deceased, dear.”
4.) Mrs. Hudson’s tea pot isn’t one for gossip, but did you see what Ms. Turner was wearing the other day? Horrid.
