  • 20:A character you like but you really, really shouldn’t.

It’s not a fictional character, but John D. Rockefeller. He could be a ruthless bastard but he did always believe he was acting right.

  • 37:A book you are scared is not going to be all you hoped it would be

I still haven’t picked up Game of Thrones. Or watched it.

  • 40:Has there ever been a book you wish you could un-read?

I don’t generally finish a book if it’s that bad. The worst one I read most of was ”Black Wind” by Clive Cussler and his son Dirk. I like Dirk Pitt books. Now I don’t know if it’s old age or he just stopped caring, but the point where I tossed the book across the room was where the main characters were literally saved by the author.

As in “Clive Cussler” just happened to be boating in the Inchon river and picked up the protagonists.

No.

Fascinating! Have you seen the History Channel program The Men Who Built America? Rockefeller is on there, (with JP Morgan, Vanderbilt, Carnegie and the like) great program. Its on Netflix.

Game of Thrones the book is fantastic. The series? eh. Season one and two were great, they followed the books, then the showrunners just went apeshit and lost their damn minds. IMHO anyway 🙂

I have seen the men who built america, but I also read a book about him. I ain’t saying he was always right, but he’s fascinating. I love history though, which is ALSO why i love the Dirk Pitt books, especially the early ones. The newer ones are crap
