I worked with Timothy Carlton, when he was a young man, and Timothy said to me: ‘My real surname’s Cumberbatch. But I mean… can you imagine trying to have success as an actor with a name like Cumberbatch?’
Ian McKellen on working with Benedict′s Father (x)
Those cheekbones though.
Is this from when Timothy was in The Scarlet Pimpernel? I remember watching that in my early teens.
MARCH 5, 1945. (Which was actually a Monday! Good job for once Marvel!)
And we know that the launch and crash of the Valkyrie happened very soon after Zola’s capture, which happened at the same time as Bucky’s fall, so I think we can safely say that Bucky fell sometime in the first few days of March, 1945. Which means he was held for about three weeks before the Russian file on him was opened on March 23rd, 1945.
Three weeks and Bucky was already being groomed for Hydra…. Did Zola even spend a few months in the American prison before he was back in his lab, giving Bucky the metal arm? It could be why Zola refused the food from Colonel Phillips- perhaps he was already getting cushy treatment from some double agent, and could afford to be difficult.
I want to know who the traitor was that apparently was in the SSR since day one.
