This takes place in the end of ‘The Final Problem’ after Sherlock asked Greg to take care of Mycroft.
It’s the morning after Musgrave and Lestrade had to bring the older Holmes to a hospital when he was sick again on the way home.
Of course Mycroft is not happy about it and tries to sneak out. Luckily, Sherlock and John arrive in time to prevent it.
Mycroft is white as a sheet and the white hospital gown as well as the bright neon lights add to that.There will be a short story for this later.
